Section 2 — Products, Authenticity & Astrological Disclaimer

  • We sell physical astrology-related products, including gemstones (natural and lab-made), rudraksha, yantras, pooja items, and metal accessories.

  • Authenticity: Gemstones are provided with a physical or digital certificate of authenticity detailing their carat weight. Precious metal items (silver/gold) are sold with holographic certification.

  • Disclaimer: Any astrological, spiritual, or healing benefits associated with our products are based on traditional belief systems. We make no scientific, medical, or guaranteed-outcome claims regarding their effects (e.g., financial gain, health improvements). Such products should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. We are not liable for any allergic reactions to metals or natural materials.

  • We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and pricing accurately, but slight aesthetic variations (color, size, finish) may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time without prior notice.

Section 3 — Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment Methods: We operate exclusively on prepaid orders via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). We accept Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking.

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer Cash on Delivery services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected reseller/bulk-abuse orders.

Section 4 — Order Processing & Delivery

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and packed within 5 to 7 working days of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery: Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 7 to 9 days depending on your location.

  • We offer Free Shipping across India. We currently do not ship internationally.

  • We are not responsible for transit delays caused by courier services, weather events, or factors beyond our reasonable control, nor do we guarantee delivery before specific dates or Muhurats. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Section 5 — Returns & Refunds

  • All returns and replacements are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Mandatory Video Proof: An uncut, unedited unboxing video is strictly required to claim any damage, defect, or missing item within 2 days of delivery.

  • Certain items are strictly non-returnable, including customized items (names, dates, specific kundli requirements), items used for puja, and worn jewelry due to hygiene reasons.

Section 6 — Prohibited Uses You may not use the Site to: (a) break any law; (b) infringe our or others' intellectual property; (c) harass, abuse, or discriminate against anyone; (d) submit false or misleading information; (e) upload viruses or malicious code; (f) collect others' personal information without consent; (g) spam, phish, or scrape the Site; (h) circumvent Site security features. We may terminate your access for violating any of the above.

Section 7 — Product Reviews & User Content If you submit reviews, ratings, or comments, you agree we may display, edit, and use them in connection with the Site without compensation. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and it must not be unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing.

Section 8 — Third-Party Links The Site may link to third-party websites not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Use of such links is at your own risk.
